I was charged in Virginia with Theft and Larceny from my boss. Before I knew what happen, my boss lied and said I took more than what I really took. They made it Felonies and arrested me on Felonies. I was charged with Petty Larceny, theft to be precise. My Immigration process was at jeopardy. Sudeep Bose took up my case on December 4th, My case hearing was on the 18th of the same month. Sudeep has managed to get me off of two charges, which would have put me away for two and a half years. He managed to dismiss and drop the charges evn with witnesses in both cases. Before I signed the retainer agreement he convinced me that this was not a case I should consider settling, that after hearing about the case it was an easy win for him. Once I handed over money to him that all changed, he was impossible to get in touch with and over the month before my court date I ...was only able to speak with him once. He showed up in court and told me that he had drinks with the prosecutor and decided that I should settle with community service. He also misled me about the settlement offers asked for by the complainant. He failed to inform me about the supposed facts contained in the police report which I later found out to be outright lies. When I told him I did not wish to settle and would rather try the case he began to scream at me in the courtroom. After the case was concluded I found out I had been misinformed about crucial facts and had to find someone else to fix everything. He had concluded I was guilty and decided with his friend (the prosecutor) to create a win win situation for himself
