My minor son was clearly not paying attention and got caught speeding, specifically with "reckless driving" for doing more that 20 mph over the limit. After doing lots of research and realizing how this charge could impact him for the rest of his life, I decided we needed advise. Mr. Bose is a great lawyer. I was cited doing 96 in a 55 mph zone in Fairfax VA., one of the worst counties to get a reckless driving charge. I was definitely worried about the ticket after googling what the consequences of the charge could carry which are loss of license and/or jail time, basically ...this charge is equivalent to a dui which I was unaware of. But what attracted me to Mr. Bose was from the initial consultation he was willing to take my case to trial. I really liked that he was willing to go bat for me instead of just saying we should plead out etc. He also explained to me that in no way was he saying he could get me off but he was willing at the least to take my case to trial and roll the dice and see if we could get a more favorable outcome if the D.A was unwilling to cooperate beforehand. But once we got to court I spoke to Mr. Bose before I went the actual courtroom he asked me what my expectations were and I simply said I was open knowing what the consequences could potentially be I was just hoping for a favorable outcome i.e no jail no loss of license etc. So he tells me ok go in the court room have a seat get comfortable because it was a busy docket he'd come get me after he'd had a chance to speak the D.A and the trooper who gave me the citation. So I did just that I went in the court room and got comfortable. Lol I was there for a long time I even was getting nervous seeing what happen to other people that had speeds over 90 and even still were doing less than me and had not so favorable outcomes. But about 11:25 the court took a recess I had been there since about 9:30 so the recess came at a good time. Court let back in about 11:55 and Mr. Bose came into the court room a little before the judge and we began to speak about the case. We couldn't speak in the courtroom because the judge came in during our conversation so we went out in the hall. He tells me what he could do before going to trial which was plead guilty to the Reckless Driving pay a fine of $1000 dollars and no loss of license and no jail time no probation etc. He also told me that if we took the case to trial we probably wouldn't have a favorable outcome because the trooper claimed to have paced me at 95 in the 55 mph zone for about 2/10 of a mile. He said if it hadn't been for the pacing we would've had a great shot at trial but because he paced me we probably wouldn't have won at trial. After seeing what other people got doing over 90 in a 55 mph zone I was elated. I told Mr. Bose I'd like to take the deal and he said ok he went in the courtroom and came back with the plea deal drawn up but it was $200 dollars less than we previously discussed so the fine ended up being only $800 dollars plead guilty to the reckless no loss of license and no jail time and no probation etc. I was even more over joyed than previously stated before. When I went before the judge even the judge told me I was very lucky because it was very rare someone came before him and got off with no loss of license and/or no jail time doing the kind of speeds I was doing in a 55 mph zone that's when it hit me that Mr. Bose really went to bat for me. So After we got out of the courtroom and made the plea deal official he walked with me down to the clerk station and we were just talking about the case and how other people got jail and loss of license etc. and we started to talk about how I could set up payment plans to pay off this fine, and how I'd recommend him to everyone I know etc. Overall I was elated with Mr. Bose legal services and definitely highly recommend him you will not be disappointed.
