It was certainly great to have Ms. Medvin on my side when I was arrested for being drunk in public. She responded to my initial inquiries via email in real time. She then sent me intake papers instructing me on what to do and asking for paperwork and information that she needed. From there it was ...simply a matter of doing what she said (in my case voluntary community service) and leaving the arguments up to her. She got my charges dropped entirely! I was charged with an enhanced DUI which, if convicted, would include a mandatory 5 days in jail. The jail time would have likely been increased due to a collision involved. For a first time offender who had no clue how the legal system worked, Marina was a godsend. One conversation and you can tell she's exceedingly bright.
