David Barr Albo

I wish I could give negative stars to him, he has no expertise on anything he doesn't research or has proper knowledge of law which could get you in more trouble than you already are and to top that he would charge you absurd amount of fee. I wish I could post all my personal details here to show my ...case and how easy it was to win and the public prosecutors dint had any chance to win only if Albo had shown some competency and capacity of defend you as a client he rather just stood their and force me to accept plea bargain instead of fighting for my case. A pro bono would have done better job than him or a beginner. Such a disappointment and also he can be very racist too. I am sure he is going to write back some defensive comments in reply but will not change the fact that how he mislead me and took advantage of for his fee which I happily paid believing his lies and fake confidence.

David Albo was a miracle worker when it came to my DUI case. He is very knowledgeable in the Virginia DUI laws and was extremely helpful to me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Mr. Albo to anyone who is facing similar charges in Virginia. I am forever grateful for all that he did for ...me.

Actually he was court appointed/pro bono, and was amazing. My previous lawyer was strongly recommending I take a plea for something I didn't do. Then in court based on his opening argument I dismissed said attorney, and Judge recused himself and set me up with David Albo. I went into his office, h...e listened, he laid out the possibilities, worst to best scenarios, and the best scenario happened. I never had to appear in court again and charges were dropped with prejudice. So if that was my experience as someone who had no money at the time just having come back from military. Can only imagine his service where he is billing the work. No shock that he had all these 5 stars, it's what I'd have expected.

After getting a ticket for going over 80 mph on the Dulles Toll Road in VA, which is a major offense in that state, a friend recommended I contact and retain Dave to represent me in this case. I cannot be happier that I listened to my friend. Dave was very easy to work with: he explained the charges,... told me what I would need to do, and about all the potential outcomes. He was also helpful when I told him that I would not be able to attend my hearing date as I would be out of the country at that time. Ultimately, we worked with the prosecutor and got my charges reduced to regular speeding (going 74) and a fine. Again, I could not be happier with the outcome. I would recommend Dave to anyone else who has to go through this stressful process!!
