Jesse R. Binnall

Focusing his practice on business litigation, Jesse R. Binnall is a partner at Binnall Law Group. He is dedicated to serving clients in Alexandria, Virginia, as well as throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. Whether they need assistance navigating business, nonprofit or election law issues; dealing with internal investigations; handling international disputes; or addressing other business or civil litigation matters, Mr. Binnall stands by his clients and helps them achieve their legal goals.

With each case he handles, Mr. Binnall works closely with his clients to understand their needs. He prides himself on being a team player, and he is able to work as part of a joint defense group when it is in his clients' best interests. Mr. Binnall is admitted to practice law in the states of Virginia and Idaho, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Certified as a professional parliamentarian by the American Institute of Parliamentarians, Mr. Binnall advises large and small organizations on parliamentary matters such as meeting procedures and the drafting and interpretation of bylaws.

Mr. Binnall also accepts criminal defense cases, including those involving white collar crimes. While he is always prepared to take a case to trial, Mr. Binnall also is experienced with alternative dispute resolution methods. He looks at each client's case from every angle, and he develops strategies that are best suited for his client's situation and legal objectives.

In 2001, Mr. Binnall earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from George Mason University before going on to attend the George Mason University School of Law. From there, he received a Juris Doctor in 2009.
