Sam Moore is an expert in the field of military and civilian law that I would retain again should I ever find myself in a situation needing such services. For two and half years now, Sam has represented me in an appeal to DoD. It concerns an annuity, and a bureaucratic error which was made some years ago. He has filed two appeals for me now-- it's an awful, slow slog. But Sam is excellent at this specialized field of law. He knows administrative proced...
"Sam is the consummate professional. He and I served together in the Marine Corps together and battled as Appellate Counsel adversaries at the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals and the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. The combination of Sam's laser focus and exceptionally sharp legal mind make him an advocate of world-class caliber. Honest, committed, and passionate about what he does, Sam is the type of attorney you want on your side when you need one."
"Sam deeply cares about getting the best possible results for his clients and brings passion, professionalism, attention to detail and a tireless work ethic to his practice. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him represent me and look forward to working with him again."
"Sam's legal expertise, work ethic and professionalism are exceptional. He is well-respected by fellow defense counsel, prosecutors and the judiciary, and works diligently to get the best result for his clients. When anyone with a legal issue asks me who to contact, Sam is at the top of the list."
"I have known Sam as a colleague for nearly a decade, starting with our service together at the Navy-Marine Corps Appellate Government division. A peerless advocate in military courtroom, Sam has continued this record of excellence in the civilian courtroom. Since setting up his practice in 2013 in an already saturated legal market, Sam has broken out of the pack with a clear value proposition focused on complex criminal and commercial litigation, supported by a record of success in countless cases. Leading a busy and growing practice in Northern Virginia, Sam is widely respected by his colleagues. Sam is an attorney to watch and, without doubt, a future leader of the Virginia bar. I would not hesitate to send any client to him, certain that he or she will receive the very best legal representation and advice."
"Sam Moore is an exemplary attorney. From his collected demeanor in the courtroom to his drive to serve his clients, he is a phenomenal choice in representation for civil and criminal matters. As a former Marine, his polished appearance and disciplined negotiation technique certainly separates him from other attorneys. Highly recommended!"
"Sam is a superlative lawyer (and a fellow Marine). When friends need criminal defense in Northern Virginia, he is the person to whom I send them."
"Incredible attorney and person of integrity. We served together in the U.S. Marine Corps and as Government Appellate Counsel for over two years, practicing on numerous matters together. A sought after legal mind and excellent litigator. Highly recommended."
"Sam's what you want in an attorney. Smart, practical, hard-working, conscientious, and on your side."
"I strongly endorse Sam Moore. He is knowledgeable on the law, conscientious to the needs of his clients, and a powerful court room advocate."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Moore is a well respected, generous contributor on Avvo. I would recommend him to anyone needing an experienced advocate."
