Has to be the best

Hired Luke Nichols and Garrett Green to represent me in a reckless driving by speed case in which I was doing more then 2 times the posted limit in Fairfax County. This was the 4th time in a little over 2 years I had been accused of reckless driving, and the 3rd time of Reckless Driving by Speed. M...iraculously, Luke managed to get it dropped to simple speeding, subsequently getting me off of a reckless driving ticket, for a 4th time in 2 years. I don’t think I need to say much else, these guys are that good.

Working with this law firm was probably the best decision I could have made given my situation.

I was charged with a misdemeanor for what should have been a minor infraction. Here is how this law firm helped me out: 1. They made it easy for me to find them. After searching the ticket charge code online, the first result was by Mr Luke, that give detailed explanations of what the charge is. ...He even explain the potential implication for being charged for that ticket. 2. Consultation is free. Which made me feel really comfortable before I contacted them. 3. Before I actually requested their service, Mr Luke gave me great advice about how I can proceed with the case my self, without using his services to save money. It was a detailed explanation, and was highly appreciated. 4. The team is professional and organized, also very responsive. I called them 4 times, and regardless of who answered the phone, they knew what I was talking about immediately after pulling my file. 5. My whole interaction with this law firm was over the phone and email, which made it really easy and convenient for me. 6. Mr Luke got my case dismissed.

Relieved

Do you know 11 kids die in car accidents every week? 3,287 people die in car accidents every DAY! That's crazy! I am 62 years old, out of state, and got a reckless driving charge being stupid by not paying attention and going way too fast. So, I looked on the internet and called Mr. Nichols who offer...ed to represent me. We handled everything by email. He gave me good advice regarding a speedometer calibration, completing the online safe driver course, and providing a personal bio. I do not know how much of that helped the case. But, I did find the driving course worth the pain. One can pick up some bad habits over the years. Mr. Nichols had described upfront exactly how everything would play out. Even worst case. Besides me checking in to see if they had everything they needed, I did not hear a thing until I got an email the day after the trial. To my relief, the reckless driving charge was reduced to a speeding infraction. Thanks Judge! Thanks Mr. Nichols. Thanks Officers for keeping us safe! If anything, I am a safer driver for it. And, this will NEVER happen to me again.

Expertise, Empathy, and Results

I hired Luke after checking out his book on reckless driving in Virginia. He knows all the angles and how to work the system. This was my second offense so I was pretty freaked out, but he was a calming influence and told me exactly what I needed to do. I asked him how he managed to quickly get th...e criminal charge reduced to a minor traffic offense, and he said he HATES to lose and the local prosecutors know that, which motivates them to avoid a long, drawn out process.

Unbelievable

I got a reckless driving by speed (over 100) on top of a previous one. It looked very bad. Spoke to three attorneys that day prior to Mr. Nichols and the feeling was not there. Then Luke returned my call at the end of a day and spend 45 minutes on a phone with me. He gave me more information about my... options than all three attorneys combined. His fees were higher than of other guys but it felt right. And so the journey that lasted 8 months began. I was facing jail, huge penalties and licence suspension but due to Mr. Nichols work I got off with minor fee. That's it. Just unbelievable.
