Excellent and very professional

Nichols & Green law firm handled my case in a professional manner. They were extremely caring and showed passion through their work. They made me feel very comfortable throughout my experience and even told me that I did not need to be present during my trail, which was a huge bonus for me. In addi...tion, they promised me that my trail would go smooth and I would not receive a terrible outcome as I thought I would get. They stuck with their words and I was extremely satisfied with the end results. I strongly recommend this firm to everyone! Thank you for everything!

VA Reckless Ticket

When I received my ticket I was distraught and didn't really want to think about it due to the amount of mail that comes in when your name hits the public record. But one night I received a book that changed my view on the situation. It was a book written by Mr. Nichols about reckless driving in VA.... Even though I had a previous felony after reading the book I some optimism regarding my situation. A day later I contacted Mr. Nichols and retained his services. I entered the court room expecting jail time as a worst case scenario but only left with a large speeding ticket. You must understand that the difference between a good attorney and a great one is how they can educate you as to your situation but make deals with the district attorneys. Also please know that when it comes the precious freedom we enjoy do not just pick the attorney for the price but the comfort they give you when you think all odds are against you and Mr. Nichols has done this in spades. Thank you Luke and to your backroom dealings.

Reckless Driving - Passing School Bus

5/5. He is a very personable family man who is very knowledgeable with the law. I found Mr. Luke Nichols by searching on the web after investigating what kind of charges I would be facing after accidentally passing a school bus. After doing so I was terrified of the possible fines and points on my li...cense. I found his firm on the first or second link I found after googling VA lawyers. Mr. Nichols assured me on the phone that I would be okay and provided me a concise list of steps to take before attending my court date. I provided everything he needed in the email and registered for a VA driver improvement class. I am glad I took the precautionary steps he recommended. When my day in court came, Mr. Nichols was there promptly and was able to reduce my citation from a "reckless driving" (with the possibility of $500 fine and 6 points) to an "improper driving" charge for $50 + court fees. Needless to say I was elated with the outcome. I recommend Luke Nichols and his firm to anyone facing a serious traffic/criminal charge in Virginia.

Highly Recommended

Luke Nichols helped me in a case with reckless driving (85/70) which could have really damaged my record. When I truly thought I was doomed - I got a booklet from his firm and called a few days later. He was very prompt with his response back to me. After just a few minutes of speaking with him, he q...uickly put me at easy with assuring that he will do his best to reduce my ticket or dismiss it completely. Of course, as a young driver and being my first ticket, dismissing the case was my goal. He made the entire process extremely smooth and easy. He took all the stress off of me, and best of all he successfully dismissed the case (for a very reasonable price). I am extremely pleased with Luke Nichols work. He helped me in a huge way. Professional and Caring

Mr. Nichols provided knowledgeable and understanding representation for my recent summons for Reckless Driving. He instructed me on the process and procedures that I would face and discussed the choices and potential outcomes of each. In a tense situation, it was nice to have someone to advise and ...assist with the variety of options and decisions presented. We did receive a positive outcome from the judge and I sincerely thank Mr. Nichols for his support and professionalism.
