Excellent Lawyer

I was expecting a good lawyer but was shocked how excellent he truly was. I received a show cause for an interlock violation. I went to his office where we ran tests. He got my charges dismissed right there. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our decision to hire him, and you will too!

Excellent choice

I never needed to hire an attorney and was facing a DUI charge. Mr. Nichols was very professional, personable and thoroughly explained what I was facing and what to do. I then really needed help when I received yet another DUI charge. Mr. Nichols never acted judgemental. He was the exact opposite,... very empathic and very realistic in what I am facing. I would highly recommend his counsel. He is also very quick to respond to questions.

Cut Above The Rest

If you are looking for a good DUI attorney, look no further. I was facing a second DWI and a drug charge. At first I was scarred but when I consulted Nichols and Green my worries disipated. They were able to prove drop both charges.

DUI/DRIVING ON SUSPENDED LIC.

What can I say about this firm? They're by far amazing at what they do! Both luke and garret work well together to try and achieve the best possible outcome for each client; and I must admit I was pleased both times I hired them to help me. I received a DUI charge in which I thought was a sticky sit...uation, it could've ended up in so many ways. I came in there hoping to get this reduced to a reckless at minimum with no "breathylzer/camera" equipment in my car. That's exactly what happened, and soon enough I was back on the road. There was a moment where we could've gotten it dropped but it was long shot and I was not willing to give up my plea to fight it. If you ever have a question or an idea both Luke and Garret are always if not will make time to hear you out. Give you advice and their own opinion. During my 6-month suspension, I was caught driving but again I turned to Luke/Garret and they had no trouble hitting this together to get it completely dropped. Luke is the man! Funniest man once you get to know him, defiently makes any client feel comfortable and welcomed. Garret is also a great guy! Opens up to any topic and talks to you like a regular person without bring up any "law stuff." Not only are the lawyers great, their staff are helpful also! Especially Katie! Prices are reasonable and offer payment plans. If you're considering getting a lawyer to help you with any criminal/traffic charge do not HESITATE to contact either Luke or Garret. Very satisfied customer

I had only briefly met Luke months before, so I was a little concerned when Luke arrived in court instead of Garrett, my attorney and Luke's partner. Garrett was not available that day, so Luke represented me. Luke performed as if he had been working on my case for months. Luke immediately made me... comfortable with his knowledge of the case and with his strategy. Due to Luke's ability, preparation and strategy he was able to get a DWI charge dismissed. This was a difficult case and I had worried for months that the case was not winnable. Even with the many problems with the case, Luke was able to win. Luke was very good to work with, as was Garret, his partner, and Dan and Katie of their staff. They all were responsive and helpful and each had a genuine interest in the outcome of my case. The firm's fees were reasonable, and even more so if one were in a situation to require an appeal/second case. Given the seriousness of the charge and the high cost of being convicted, I definitely feel it was money well spent. I definitely would recommend Luke and his firm.
