Traffic court speeding ticket

I received a speeding ticket on I-95. David explained my options and the court trial process in clear layman's tems. I requested a trial. I had the option of attending or not. I attended and met David at the district court. David sought out the police officer and discussed my driving record with the... officer outside the court room. After the discussion, David informed me that the police officer would not be presenting evidence. I pleaded " not guilty". Judge ruled "not guilty". No court costs, no blemish on driving record. I was impressed with David's professionalism, expertise and social skills in handling my case with the police officer. I highly recommend David.

Speeding ticket

We are out of state and a speeding ticket on my sons record with the associated points would have traveled back to our home state. David Waranch responded quickly to our inquiry and we explored our options. His representation was to the point and a complete success. Communication between us was ex...cellent. Professionalism at its finest

When I was looking for a lawyer to help me with a possible 5 point ticket, it was very important to find someone who could explain my options, what the different outcomes would mean for me, and most importantly treat me like an actual person and not just another case number for them. When I got a hol...d of David for the first time, He did not jump right into how much he costs and how I was planning to pay, like several others I had called were like. No, instead David took the time to answer my phone call, get to know my situation, and then explained my possible outcome and what they would mean. It was not until the very end of the conversation, after I had all the information I needed, did he ask whether I would like him to represent me in court so that I would not have to. He did not push or try to intimidate me into deciding to go with a lawyer. I chose to have David represent me because he acted like he truly cared about my situation and wanted to help me any way he could. He was always friendly and very patient with me, especially when he needed information from me that I continuously forgot to send him up until the day of my court date. At court he was able to get everything dropped and no points were added to my licence, which is huge for me as I drive a company vehicle for a living. David's price is very fair and I would absolutely recommend David to anyone who needs help any kind of help in traffic court.

Excellent Attorney

I had an accident in the state of Maryland and I received a citation. I felt that I was innocent and researched online for attorneys in the area and upon speaking with Attorney David Waranch I hired him immediately. Mr. Waranch gave me step-by-step instructions of the process of going to court and... that I may not have to attend in person. He represented me well and the same day notified me that I was found not guilty. He responded to my questions and concerns with great communication and I recommend him highly.
