Great Service from a great lawyer

Got a couple of traffic citations that would have had damaging repercussions on my driving privileges and I contacted David Waranch who worked with me throughout the trial process and I emerged from the process totally unscathed.I felt very comfortable working with him and his mastery of the process ...was outstanding.

Case Dismissed

I got a speeding ticket in Maryland ....David was able to get it dismissed. As a professional driver my license is my life ...so I’m so grateful to David for a job well done. I highly recommend David to anyone that needs representation for traffic infractions.

Traffic ticket dismissed

I'm very satisfied with the work Mr. Waranch did on my behalf. I got a speeding ticket, and wanted to avoid the points and impact on my insurance. I contacted Mr. Waranch, and he gave me a clear explanation of what he could reasonably be expected to accomplish for my situation. I elected to procee...d. Mr. Waranch guided me through the entire process; this was my first experience in utilizing an attorney for a traffic citation. He contacted me at the appropriate times, and gave me specific instructions and explanation of options at each stage. We decided my presence was not essential at trial, and my case was dismissed, as the citing officer did not show. We don't know if the outcome would have been the same had I gone to court without counsel. I'm glad I elected to be represented by Mr. Waranch due to the results, and recommend him to others in a similar situation.

Traffic Ticket

David is the best attorney in MD for traffic violations. I was heading up North when I got a ticket in MD and from my first call to David I was put to ease and was assured he would handle my case with the utmost confidence. David is knowledgeable and professional. His is friendly and gives you the ut...most confidence. Not only did I not have to pay any fine but my case was dismissed with ZERO fine to pay. I would highly recommend David Waranch if you needed representation.

Patient, Comforting & Knowledgeable

A police officer gave me two tickets and a fine for a moving violation resulting in an accident that was not my fault. David helped me understand the trial process and our options before and during court and was very comforting. David is respectful, very knowledgeable, comforting and fair with his ...service fees. If you speak broken English like me, go to David. You don’t have to worry about it. He can handle every person who needs help. David speaks very clear English and he is easy to understand. My case ended in a dismissal, a great outcome. I am so happy, no points, no fines and no court costs. I highly recommend David for your traffic court legal representation.
