I cannot stress enough what a great lawyer David Waranch is. I was driving a friends car and was pulled over by a Hyattsville police officer. I was not aware at the time that my friend did not have registration and insurance information in the car. To make a long story short I was written $500 wor...th of tickets and had to appear in court for driving with no insurance which carries a hefty fine, points, and potential jail time. I was charged with driving without a license which resulted in a MUST appear court date. I was totally panicked after talking to the court ...administrators who said I could actually get jail time....for an expired license?? I was so worried and had no one to consult so I turned to the internet to find legal counsel. I found Mr Waranch's website and immediately felt more informed and impressed by his confidence an knowledge about my type of case. Though I actually had an expired license but they did not write the ticket up that way. They charged me with a more serious offense of driving without a license. Turns out they dropped the charges -- he looked it up FOR me...considered it a consult and just wished me well. I have never had an experience like this in my life. He will be my lawyer for life.
