Driving without/or authorized driving license (European driving license)

I had a complicated case of Driving without/or authorized driving license. I am European and I spend some time in the US for work. While there, I drive with the European driving license and was pulled over and I got a 'must appear in court' based on the fact that I cannot drive with an EU driving lic...ense. Due to the fact that I was unable to appear for the court date I was issued an arrest warrant. David quashed the arrest warrant and handled my case immediately. Additionally, I didn't have to fly from Europe for court date as handled the situation with the prosecutor. Thank you David!

Rsponsive, Kind, Knowledgable, and Confident ...What more could you ask for in a lawyer?

If you want someone who is a truly caring and sincere person that has deep knowledge, confidence and a passion for the profession, this is the lawyer for you. I was charged with driving without a license which resulted in a MUST appear court date. I was totally panicked after talking to the court ...administrators who said I could actually get jail time....for an expired license?? I was so worried and had no one to consult so I turned to the internet to find legal counsel. I found Mr Waranch's website and immediately felt more informed and impressed by his confidence an knowledge about my type of case. Though I actually had an expired license but they did not write the ticket up that way. They charged me with a more serious offense of driving without a license. I called and spoke with him and he was kind, supportive and reassuring--though I had not even hired him. He took my calls and consulted with me all the way up to the day of my court appearance even though I waited to the last minute to engage him. And then... I missed my court date...yes, I missed my court date. I was in another tail spin wen I thought they had issued an arrest warrant. I called him in a panic and even though he was DRIVING, and on his way to COURT, he took time to calm me and make plans to do an official letter to recall the bench warrant. Turns out they dropped the charges -- he looked it up FOR me...considered it a consult and just wished me well. I have never had an experience like this in my life. He will be my lawyer for life. Once you hear his voice, you will know he is the lawyer for you. I am still thanking God for letting me find his website.

Recommendation without Hesitation

I found David's information by googling traffic lawyers for PG County, and within MINUTES of submitting an information request, he called me to discuss my situation. In addition to his responsiveness, I was also impressed by David's knowledge not only of the county in which I had been ticketed, but ...also of the state to which I was about to move. He pushed back the court date from when it had originally scheduled and talked me through each option so that I could make the most informed decision about how he should proceed. Overall, he made the experience much less stressful than it could have been.

Awesome Attroney!!!! We Won!!!

I recommend David R. Waranch as a highly competent, caring and trustworthy attorney. Mr. Waranch is very patient, ensuring that his client's understand the myriad of issues involved in a provisional drivers traffic case. Mr. Waranch was calm, direct and creative when it came to ferreting out pertinen...t information and designing strategies and solutions. I appreciated Mr. Waranch's perceptive questions and that he was careful to never complicate conversations with incompre- hensible legalese. Mr. Waranch took the time to make sure that I understood the issues that needed addressing and the options available to me and my family. If you are looking for a kind and caring attorney David Waranch is the attorney you want. He is not out to just make money "HE CARES!!"

David is Great!

David represented me for a series of violations, one of which had jail time. I was panicked by this (having been a model citizen up to this point). David was there for me, reassured me, and due to his expert representation - all charges were waived! He really cares about his clients. -A Grateful C...itizen
