A Man of Execellence!

My son was scheduled to appear before an MVA judge and faced suspension of his driving license for 6 months. Mr. Waranch explained in great detail using layman's (non-technical) terms the process and the probable outcome he could/would acheive based on his years of experience handling similar cases. ...Mr. Waranch argued intelligently and effectively on my son's behalf and he delivered; we were/are very pleased with the judge's decision.

The Best there is.

I hired Mr. Waranch based on the reviews here and I can attest, he is the best out there. Very smart, cordial, helpful person who walked me thru everything. I had not just 1 but 2 court dates within a week and half of each other, both serious traffic offenses. My first court date, I walked in and lit...erally walked out. My 2nd one which was today! I walked in and walked right back out. He is really top notch in everything, from preparation to actual court date. Goes above and beyond for you instead of the whole oohs and ahhs and I don't knows. If I ever had any issues again, he's the one I'll be calling.

Mr Waranch represented me perfectly. His manners and knowledge of the legal statutes, pertaining to my ordeal which, was in traffic ,were exceptional. And he's easy to talk to. Very comforting to you as a client. Keeping your spirits up through the whole process. And he wins.. Great Attorney ...He ro...cks!

End Your Search and Just Hire Dave!

I received a speeding violation on Maryland RT 301 in the Centerville, Chestertown area. The violation was for 72mph in a 55mph posted zone. I happen to be a Delaware resident that conducts business for a major coporation to clients in the Eastern Shore area on a regular basis and I'm provided with a... company vehicle. With that nice benefit of a company car comes the annual record check and if a violation appears that means classes, meetings with your manager, blah, blah, blah and all that big corporation headache. So with being an out of state resident and also being subject to an annual record check I decided to shop for an attorney to represent me in this case. I spoke to three attorneys and based on our conversations I decided to go with Dave. I'm glad I did and in short here's what transpired. I had a clean driving record from Delaware for the past 5yrs printed out. Dave and I agreed that a favorable outcome would be "Probation Before Judgement". We spoke two more times on the phone and communication was very easy. I didn't have to attend the trial and Dave would appear and represent me. On the trial date I received "PBJ" just what we were looking for. Here's icing on the cake...$17.50 reduced fine and $25.50 court costs for a total of $43.00 and I'm singing on down the highway driving my company car with no points or record ! Keep his number in your wallet or cell phone. Thanks Dave!

Highly Recommended

From the first day i spoke to him on the phone concerning my case,i knew i got the right lawyer.He was patient,returned my calls and kept me informed.Above all,he gave me the confidence i needed to go through it.He made a good deal for me and the case was dismissed.I hereby recommend him to anyone in... Maryland who has a traffic issue.
