- Mr. Woolley has been named one of the Top 40 Under 40 and Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Association of Trial Lawyers. He is a member of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, and earned his law degree with a focus in litigation from George Mason University School of Law.

In law school, Mr. Woolley was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, Moot Court Board, and the George Mason Law Review, as well as a Student Bar Association Representative and Chief Justice of the Mason Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.
- Upon graduation from George Mason University School of Law in 2010, Mr. Woolley established a small litigation firm in Northern Virginia. Before joining Price Benowitz, LLP, he worked as an associate with Patrick N. Anderson and Associates, where he defended serious felony cases in seven jurisdictions in Northern Virginia.

Second Reckless driving charge
Mr.Wolley was great!!! I had been charged with reckless driving before this was my second time .Patrick reduced my charge to a regular speeding ticket ,I did not have to show up to court.I will definetly use his services if needed again.

Wreck less driving charge
Patrick was successful in have the charges dropped. He recommended that my 18 year old son attend a driving school and when the court date arrived he was able to negotiate a settlement with the DA.
