Attorney Solan was perfect for my custody modification case. As a man, it is very intimidating to even think of challenging a woman in a custody modification case. Before Attorney Solan's involvement, my son's mother believed that the custody agreement was hers to control and not an order in the best... interest of our son. Attorney Solan's strategy exposed how my son's mother was violating the custody agreement and doing things that were not in the best interest of our son; as such, she put herself in jeopardy of potentially losing her 50/50 shared custody and having me be the sole custodian for our son. Since Attorney Solan got involved in my custody case, my son's mother has changed the tone of her emails, shown more willingness to co-parent on academic and other issues, and is doing things keep our son out of co-parenting discussions. He was firm with opposing counsel when I needed to show we meant business but strategic enough to know when to compromise. When it comes to fees, I was always surprised to see a bill with no "fluff." He and his team billed only for real worked performed. They were reasonable with fees at every turn.
