- Mr. Woolley has been named one of the Top 40 Under 40 and Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Association of Trial Lawyers. He is a member of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, and earned his law degree with a focus in litigation from George Mason University School of Law.

- Upon graduation from George Mason University School of Law in 2010, Mr. Woolley established a small litigation firm in Northern Virginia. Before joining Price Benowitz, LLP, he worked as an associate with Patrick N. Anderson and Associates, where he defended serious felony cases in seven jurisdictions in Northern Virginia.

Replied last August 06, 2018I am sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the outcome of your case. I would strongly encourage you to call me immediately, or stop by my office, so that we can discuss the possibility of an appeal. If you do not feel you were in the wrong, I would never want to encourage you to take a plea agreement: I would much rather fight a charge at trial than accept a plea agreement my client is unhappy with. I have several times set aside each week to meet with clients, and I am more than happy to schedule an appointment for a face to face meeting. I am very sorry that we did not meet face to face, and I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you in person to discuss the resolution of your case now.

A great result!
In the face of what I perceived to be impending doom, Mr. Woolley reduced my class 1 misdemeanor into an improper driving (minor offense). No longer does the specter of a permanent criminal record loom over my life. I can continue pursuing my goals and breathe easy again, thanks to him and God.
