Mr. Rodriguez, was born in Caracas, Venezuela. He attended Universidad Santa Maria, Escuela de Derecho in Caracas Venezuela where he graduated with a Lawyer’s degree. He moved to the United States in October of 2001. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law and his Master of Laws in International Business from American University.

Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Rodriguez worked with immigrants.  After effectively serving his clients, he decided to open his own firm serving clients all over Northern Virginia and DC.

Best lawyer ever
I hired the law firm of Dagoberto Rodriguez for an accident case where a careless driver hit me causing me injuries and pain. This was my first experience with lawyers and accidents but Mr. Rodriguez and his team were very helpful and explained everything I need it to know about my car accident case. I made a stupid mistake and was very ashamed of it. I was also scared because my job and my legal status in this country were at risk. I met with Dagoberto once and then again after he took my case. He asks a lot of questions and go over the facts and the law with you. The day of my hearing he was able to get me a super deal. My charge got reduced and I was able to keep my job and my work permit. His knowledge of criminal and immigration law, literally, saved my life. Thanks so much for all you do for your clients.
