I recently used the Wilson law firm for a reckless driving case in Fairfax Virginia. I was clocked at 84 in a 55. I had no idea about Virginia’s reckless driving law since I live in MD and work in Virginia. But I quickly learned how serious it was. I spoke to several lawyers but from the minute I called the Wilson firm they laid out there plan for my success in court with complete confidence. I was very impressed from the first phone call and it only got better from there. I met with Mr. Wilson twice before my court date. His firm is very professional but also makes you feel as comfortable as possible considering the situation I was in. On the day of court Mr. Wilson got my charge reduced to speeding and my other charges completely dropped. I walked out of court with a 100 dollar fine and 67 dollar court cost. Mr. Wilson even walked me to the cashier to make sure everything went smooth. Cannot say enough great things about this law firm. Mr. Wilson, Fred , Kelly and Allyson all worked to make this outcome possible. I definitely recommend the Wilson law firm.

Mr. Wilson got my DWI while carrying a concealed weapon reduced to reckless driving. He is more expensive than most local attorney's but well worth it. When I first met with his office I was given a long list of things to do prior to court in order to maximize my chances of success. They know what they are talking about! While the list was somewhat of a pain to complete it was well worth it. By completing the to-do list it gave Mr. Wilson some negotiating points as he used his superb negotiating skills to arrive at an agreeable settlement with the prosecutor.
The staff in his office, especially Fred, was also extremely professional and helpful.

Mr. Wilson assisted me at the last second with my case. He was able to negotiate a plea bargain with the Commonwealth Atty and have my charges reduced in approximately 5 minutes time.
