Biography
I have always enjoyed the challenges of math and other technical training. That love of precision has directed me towards obtaining a Masters of Law (LLM) in Tax with a focus in Estate Planning from the University of Alabama. This specialized training has helped me to catch major mistakes that many attorneys who dabble in Estate Planning are drafting into the Trust documents that they are providing to their clients. Often, the attorney themselves is unaware of the errors that they are drafting.
My love of advanced training has also lead me to obtain certification in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests from the NHTSA, which is the DUI training program that police officers receive at the police academies. After learning the "inside secrets" to DUI investigations and arrests, I followed up my DUI training to become accredited as an Instructor for Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.

Mr. Johnson helped prevent me having to do jail time by coming to an agreement with the defense attorney. Which in result I plead no contest to one of my charges and plead guilty to the other.

Replied last February 26, 2018Dear former client: I am saddened, but not surprised by your decision to post a 1-star rating of our representation of your case. From our first interaction, you refused to accept that Fairfax County imposes a jail sentence for speeding 95mph in the 55mph zone on I-495. Even Jayson Werth of the Nationals faced a similar situation. You ignored my advice in GDC and ended up with 4 additional days from the judge. I walked you through the appeal process so that you wouldn't go to jail that day. In the 3 months from your GDC date to your CC appeal, I left multiple messages reminding you that I was not retained for the CC appeal and recommended that you hire an attorney to whom you would listen for your appeal. You did not respond to our calls until the day before your appeal when you asked if I would be willing to attend the appeal. I respectfully declined because I prefer to work with clients who listen to my advice. I wish you the best of luck!
