Mark A Borbely is an outstanding tenant attorney. He is a real expert in tenant law with outstanding people skills. He looks at both sides of a legal issue and is prepared and ready to go to work defending the tenant in the cases he represents the tenant in. He calls in other experts, like in my case... a seasoned locksmith, when necessary and appropriate. He brings to the table a wealth of experience as well as his knowledge. I had an issue with my being harassed by the management of the building I rent an apartment in. Mr. Borbely determine a special lock was appropriate to be installed where the management could gain access but where I could track who entered my apartment using a code that had been given to them. By the time I ordered the lock, given Mr. Borbely's talents, skills, abilities and expertise in representing me and my interests with management, I no longer needed the lock as the harassment had fully and completely stopped. Marc and his staff are amazing, and if you're a tenant in a dispute, you should see if you can retain Marc's services. I say "should see if you can" because his firm is (at the time of this writing) swamped with clients.
