We hired Mark when our property management group stopped responding to our requests to help solve a serious problem we were experiencing with our unit. Mark worked with the management company and was able to quickly negotiate a very fair agreement for all parties. During my interactions with Mark, he... operated extremely efficiently -- there are plenty of attorneys that rack up billable hours doing unnecessary tasks; Mark did not do this. He commanded a comprehensive understanding of our legal options while also actively soliciting our feedback on how we wanted to proceed. He was extremely prompt in his replies to both us and the management company. Finally, his rates were extremely affordable given his expertise and market rates... I wouldn't have to search very hard to find other attorneys that charge 4x the hourly rate Mark did. I would gladly hire Mark again for any tenant/landlord issues in the future.

I am the owner of Crepeaway restaurant in Washington DC. Our renewal was coming up at the height of the Covid pandemic. We needed a renewal with a life line given the circumstances.
