Did not care about out case
We had a phone consultation with her and she was the least interested. We had to drag answers out of her. She hardly said anything.

Expert Landlord Attorney
I couldn't recommend a better landlord attorney. Emilie is clever, shrewd, and an expert in her field. Based on her extensive experience and very current knowledge of DC's ever evolving Housing laws, she gave excellent advice and opinions whenever I asked for guidance. Consultation
She is very knowledgeable and personable. I plan to hire her in the near future.
"I endorse this lawyer. I have represented clients opposite Ms. Fairbanks on numerous occasions, and she is a zealous, knowledgeable, and highly professional advocate."
"Ms. Fairbanks represented one of the largest apartment buildings in the District in a complicated eviction for breach of lease. Ms. Fairbanks firmly and zealously advocated for her client in court, and worked hard to craft a settlement that avoided a very large legal bill for both sides. Ms. Fairbanks is an experienced landlord-tenant attorney; before launching her own firm, she worked for about four years at one of the District's most active landlord-tenant firms."
"Emilie is particularly adept in the area of landlord/tenant law. This is particularly crucial in a city like DC where rents tend to be rather high. I have personally recommended her to my own clients and I would recommend her to members of my own family."
"Emilie Fairbanks is proactive and responsive! It is great to meet someone in the profession who is willing to take advantage of the opportunity to network with other members in the legal community. Her unselfishness shows her true character and is a trait I truly appreciate!"
"Although I was often opposing counsel on matters against a client of Emilie Fairbanks, I can honestly say I was impressed with how thorough she was. She was a zealous advocate for her client and not to be taken for granted. However, she was also professional, non-hostile, and someone I could definitely see going places."
