Marc and his DC Tenant's Right Center did a great job for my Landlord Tenant dispute. They were on top of things- they checked the court records and kept me updated regularly regarding new events going on with my case. They were always accessible if I had questions. Julie,their law clerk, emailed the... billing statement weekly. I appreciated that and there were no surprises about the bills. They are very knowledgeable about the law. I would not want to lose for technicality or procedural reasons. Marc guided me through the court proceedings. Regarding the case itself, he had the experience to predict what was the likely event to occur. Thus, his recommendations were right and I was very pleased that I trusted him. Marc took on a very challenging issue where our landlady refused to return our security deposit by holding us responsible for a long list of problems or missing items that appeared to be either pre-existing conditions or invented issues.
