Litigation Against Condo Association
I hired Michael to defend my condo association in a claim brought by the other owner. Michael was hired only 5 months before the trial date (after the first attorney passed away), but jumped right in! Michael is responsive, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about condominium law. He always made me feel confident about the direction the association needed to take and was diligent during mediation and trial. I highly recommend Michael for all of your condominium legal needs!

A wonderful experience
As a new homeowner and subsequent landlord renting out our beloved condo, Mike provided us much needed guidance in the most professional and comfortable way. He answered all our questions regarding managing the renting-out process and gave us insight on all that we needed to do as new landlords within D.C., which is one of the most confusing systems to navigate. We plan to utilize his services again.

Great experience with a great attorney.
My husband and I relied on Michael to complete our wills and power of attorney. He did the work in a timely, efficient, and effective manner and was a pleasure to work with throughout. He understood our competing priorities, time wise, and was patient as we got everything together. As our family grows and changes we will be going back to him to be sure everything is up to date and in order. And, if there was ever anything else that arose legally we'd not hesitate to turn to him knowing he would take great care of us or make great referrals if needed.

Excellent Attorney
Mr. Forster is an excellent attorney working with probate, wills and estates. He's helped our family tremendously and I would highly recommend him to any future clients.

Nice guy, but lack of landlord-tenant law knowledge
Mr.Forster failed to provide good advice in my landlord and tenant case. I looked for another opinion about how to fill a form and his advice was wrong. It could had cost me a lot of time and money. He was a nice guy, but can not sell himself as a landlord and tenant lawyer. I would not recommend him.
