reasonable and efficient

One of the Good Ones

I recently wrote the above words in an email to Deborah, thanking her for her guidance in the divorce process. Deborah is definitely one of the good ones. She has a warm, caring, and genuine personality that makes you feel comfortable in her presence. However, she is very professional and is able to ...be authoritative when necessary. She was very fair in billing, not watching the clock for every little second of her time. Deborah may not earn a high income by helping couples reach an agreement quickly and amicably, but she does a lot of good for the world and humankind.

Don't go anywhere else. She is nothing but the BEST!!

After 19 years and earning more than my spouse I was terrified of the divorce process. My neighbor who is a teacher praised her experience as her own mediator, and good relations in the community as a school board member. Debbie put my mind at ease during our initial consultation, and spoke with me... as a friend but provided me with all the legal considerations I needed to know which was exactly what I wanted. I found her to be a very compassionate, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable attorney. I could have gone through mediation but knew it was in my best interest to hire her as my attorney instead. Aside from my initial consultation, our divorce agreement was settled within two visits and effective today, the judge said your divorce is FINAL! I couldn't be happier with my results and gladly recommend her to everyone I meet - hands down!!

She is truly an amazing attorney

My involvement with Deborah came about via court order. Neither one of us wanted to do custody mediation. Very little was said between the two of us. Ms. Brand never took sides, and steered the mediation with grace and ease. A powerful woman in her own right, we were able to come to a fair custody ag...reement that was beneficial to all parties involved. I would highly recommend Ms. Brand to anyone. She makes the process easy to beat. Although the meeting ended with my soon to be ex storming out, I did find relief in the mediation session. Ms. Brand is a very warm and down to earth person. It was a pleasure to meet her, considering the circumstances.

Deborah has an amazing ability to eliminate volatility and strife in even the most contentious divorce cases. She is extremely sharp, fair, no-nonsense and able to transform very acrimonious circumstances into peaceful resolution that is quick and cost-effective. Highly recommend!
