Divorce Case

Deborah Brand - I found to be a Very professional no nonsense attorney. Deborah listens and acts thoroughly to address the issues at hand in a timely efficient manner. She’s caring and knowledgeable. Debrorah articulates situations well across multiple disciplines to people with varied knowledge of ...the legal system. She’s able to successfully communicate to those at all levels. I would recommend her to others that may find themselves in a situation requiring her services. It’s a difficult field dealing with people in high emotional states but she handles it well.

Mediation

Deborah did an outstanding job of remaining neutral throughout the process. She explained the law in simple terms and provided frequent insights from her past experiences. The sessions were contentious and she maintained here composure and drove to a fair solution. I highly recommend her and have twi...ce. Both customers have been very appreciative of the service she provided

Court Ordered Mediation

We went to Deborah as per court order, expecting what had happened the first time which was more fighting and no progress, however we left after maxing out our time on the same team again! It was truly a miracle and I still can't believe it. She talked to us like she knew us forever and said things t...hat will stick with me forever. Phenomenal person and attorney! She gives lawyers a good name.

UNDERSTANDING MEDIATOR

MEDIATION PROCESS CAN BE DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE INS AND OUTS OF A CUSTODY AGREEMENT. MS. BRAND REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO GO THRU EXACTLY WHAT MY EX AND I NEEDED TO KNOW. OUR CUSTODY WAS A BIT TESTY BUT SHE STAYED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALLOWED MY EX AND I TO ARGUE A BIT THEN SUGGESTED WHAT SHE... THOUGHT SOUNDED THE MOST FAIR. SHE EVEN ALLOWED US TO GO OVER OUR 1 HR TIME LIMIT TO REALLY IRON OUT THE FINAL DRAFT. SHE REALLY WANTS BOTH PARTIES TO UNDERSTAND THE BEST THING FOR THE CHILDREN NEEDS TO BE OUR BEST INTRESTS. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE LAW AND LETTING YOU MAKE THE FINAL DECISION BUT LETTING YOU KNOW THE REALITY OF YOUR CHOICES AS WELL.
