Hired David for a very messy custody disagreement. He has always been straight forward and gave honest opinions on the case. He has been able to obtain almost 50/50 for me (father). He doesn't back down and has won court hearings that I thought for sure would of turned out worse. I had 2 other attorney's over a 10 year battle. David was my last, had him for about 3 years. I was very combative - lets but it this way, if he had to write a review about me combative would have been on of the nicer words used.. He never gave up! After we discussed (hours) what he was doing ...and how he was going to handle things. He earned my trust, I knew he was looking out for my best interest both at that time and in the future. He did an amazing job, I am not going to say I got everything I wanted, but he resolved the case, that just would not end, fairly and kept my girls best interest as his first priority!! I wish I had found him at the start of my divorce my bet would be I would have come out of it a hole let less scarred. Not only would I recommend him, I have and will continue to do so.
