Thomas Ashton Fosnocht Jr.

Thomas A. Fosnocht, Jr. was born to a United States Air Force Captain and his wife at the American Air Force base in Landstuhl, Germany on April 1, 1957. He achieved Eagle Scout status in the Boy Scouts of America, and graduated from Great Valley High School in 1975. He continued his education at the University of Pennsylvania and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1979, with a minor in Philosophy. Mr. Fosnocht earned his Juris Doctor in 1983 from Vermont Law School.

Mr. Fosnocht has been admitted to practice law before all Pennsylvania Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and certain Florida Courts pro hac vice. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations.

Mr. Fosnocht has clerked for Federal and State judges, most recently for the Honorable John L. Hall and the Honorable Calvin S. Drayer in Chester County. He was a principal in the law partnership of Diehl & Fosnocht for many years in West Chester. He is a past Vice President of the Phoenixville Area School Board and past Chairman of the Public Safety Board of the Phoenixville West End Fire Company.

Mr. Fosnocht joined Wolf, Baldwin & Associates in September, 2013, where he focuses his practice in Estate Administration, Probate and Orphans' Court Litigation, as well as Real Estate, Zoning and Municipal Law, and Corporate and Business Representation. Mr. Fosnocht currently resides in Phoenixville.
