I still love being a family law attorney. I handle all types of family law cases including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, division of assets, alimony, pre-nuptial and property settlement agreements and enforcement of agreements. I am caring and empathetic and advocate strongly for my clients. I believe a strong advocate should use her best negotiation skills to find no-court alternatives for her clients, while maintaining civility with opposing counsel. It is also important to be a strong courtroom attorney for those cases that simply cannot resolve without a court hearing.
I also routinely handle name change petitions as well as wills & estates.
