i would never hire this woman Shes a liar doesn't care about kids hence why she told my x file PFAs on my wife and I to obtain custody and i had slow custody now she ripped the child outate the only thing she ever known and is danger with the way the mothers using again sick sick sick sick she should... be ashamed of her self.

We had an appointment this morning at 10 concerning custody of my child. My ex wife and I were both present and ready at the appointed time. Deborah was a no call, no show, no email, nothing. Never heard back from her. We found a sitter for my child, and I got up early (I work 2nd shift right now) to... be able to accommodate The appointment we set with her. Highly unprofessional.

My involvement with Deborah came about via court order. Neither one of us wanted to do custody mediation. Very little was said between the two of us. Ms. Brand never took sides, and steered the mediation with grace and ease. A powerful woman in her own right, we were able to come to a fair custody ag...reement that was beneficial to all parties involved. I would highly recommend Ms. Brand to anyone. She makes the process easy to beat. Although the meeting ended with my soon to be ex storming out, I did find relief in the mediation session. Ms. Brand is a very warm and down to earth person. It was a pleasure to meet her, considering the circumstances.

Ms. Brand is a very kind and compassionate attorney. I saw Ms. Brand for custody mediation. I have been threw this before but never with Ms. Brand. She really was so caring and kind and so helpful. She did not take sides but looked at both sides to see how she could help us resolve our issues. I woul...d highly recommend Ms. Brand. In the future if need be I would certainly come for her for help again. She is very knowledgeable and takes your issues very seriously and tries to help so that you have a positive outcome.

Deborah Brand discussed every option in my custody case and let me know the costs involved before she did any work so I was not surprised with a huge bill. Even though there was a change to the custody law which required much more legal research on her part, she did not tell that I should simply "acc...ept what was in my current custody order and get over it" or "I need to be more flexible" as other attorneys had that I paid outrageous amount of money. I would not want any other attorney to negotiate on my behalf. She is well respected in the legal community and is clearly at ease and well prepared in front of custody conciliators and judges. My only regret was that I did not retain her from the very beginning. I could have saved years and thousands of dollars in attorney fees.
