Trying to probate someone's estate is usually very difficult for family members who are still grieving for their loss. I help families by handling the legal work for them, from filing the Petition for Probate to open the estate through preparing the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return, distributing estate assets to the beneficiaries and closing the estate with the court.

Going through a separation or divorce is difficult for everyone, especially children. I handle all issues related to a divorce, including child support, custody, spousal support and alimony. When all issues are resolved. I prepare Property Settlement Agreements. I also counsel clients on Prenuptial Agreements for first or subsequent marriages.

Mediation is an alternative to litigating your case in court. I guide divorcing couples through the process of dividing assets and debts and creating parenting plans for their children without the harsh intervention of the courts.
