Replied last January 12, 2016This review is completely fiction. In the 21 years I have been practicing, there has never been a case in which I have not interviewed a witness or be prepared to try a case. It seems that this reviewer is more upset about the result of this matter that a relative is incarcerated a distance away from her. I am not even familiar with who this person is who seems to criticize the result whatever it was without any specifics in relation to what the client may have or may not have done. If the result of the trial or hearing was unacceptable to the client or his or her family, they always have the right to appeal to a higher court. I do not know if this was done in this case. I am sorry if the reviewer did not get the result that was expected, but no promises are ever made in how a case is going to turn out.
