Replied last September 02, 2019To begin with, you hired me to file an Appeal to the Superior court of Pennsylvania after you pled guilty to a DUI charge with a different attorney. I did that work 100% for you. Your license suspension would have been dismissed had we won on appeal. However, we were unsuccessful due to your plea. So, that was our strategy and you knew that. You were always fully informed of what was going on with your case and I even arranged your turn in date with Judge Eisenberg. The bottom line is I did the work that you paid me to do. Nothing is a guarantee and I am sorry we were not successful on your appeal.
