Hired this attorney to help me with my case. The firm is highly rated van der Veen, but the service provided by this attorney was unprofessional. Was not easy to communicate with the attorney, she never initiated a call or time to discuss the case. She was not prepared for my court date, missed facts... of my case. My preliminary hearing could be solved right on spot, but escalated to the higher court because the attorney neglected the moment and opportunity to solve it on time. On the top of it, the firm overcharged me for its service. The attorney admitted herself that she charged more than suppose to. Any further attempts to contact the firm to discuss the issue failed with no response from the owner or the front desk.
