Great Experience

Love her

She is a very good lawyer I trust her and she gives me the best advice. The first time I went to her I was very upset and I am deeply sorry for the first review I left. She tells you the truth and she won’t steer you wrong. She is the only family lawyer I will ever go to. She made me feel better after talking to her and she told me to call her if I have any more questions. The last time I gave her a bad review but I was not my self at all, I knew deep down she would help me if she could but at the time I thought she was hurting me on purpose but depression can make you think bad things and I am so sorry.

Great Experience

I have had Attorney Luedtke assist me on several occasions. She assisted me in preparing several legal documents (Power of Attorny, Living Will, etc) and she was fantastic. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. She also assisted me with an unfair traffic citation and had the citation dismissed. She's a great attorney, very personable and friendly and she genuinely cares about seeing her clients get a fair shake.

Excellent help with assult case

Attorney Luedtke is a gem! She very knowledgeably and compassionately helped my son navigate his way thru an assult case. She was his best advocate and used her experience and familiarity with the Adam's County legal environment to advise us, negotiate and represent my son for the best outcome. I felt that she had our best interests in mind at all times and was efficient, patient and sensitive to our stress. I highly recommend her!

Small Claims Action

I had an issue with my ex-fiancée and the recovery of an engagement ring and other personal property that she refused to return to me. I initiated a small claims action on my own and soon found myself in a counter-suit and things became very complicated and ugly very quickly. I contacted Attorney Luedtke’s office and paralegal Wanda was able to get me in right away for a meeting. I decided to hire Attorney Luedtke as she instantly put me at ease about my case, as I had been served with several counter-suits and was quite upset. We met in the office several times to be prepare for court and Attorney Luedtke helped me organize all of the evidence from receipts, photos and witnesses. We had to go to court several times, all of the counter-suits were thrown out, and I won my case. The engagement ring was returned and the other items along with monetary money for damages to my home. The entire Luedtke team is number one in my world!

Thank you!

I was going thru a very bad divorce and I was trying to get by without a lawyer to save money. What a mistake so after my court date and how bad it went for me I decided to seek out a lawyer. Attorney Luedtke was very nice explained what we needed to do and went back to court and my issues for visitation were resolved! Also paralegal Wanda was fantastic as I would call for updates and she was very pleasant on the phone and in person. Never try to go to court without a Lawyer and that lawyer should be Attorney Luedtke! Mike T.

Excellent attorney

Atty. Luedtke handled my divorce and I found her extremely helpful. Her knowledge was demonstrated through the way she explained each step of what was going to happen, how long it would take and then what the criteria was in determining the outcome. She and her staff were always available and very prompt in responding back by either phone or e-mail. At times I did get frustrated in that it appeared that I had to ask or explain the same thing multiple times but that might have been my ability to communicate what I wanted. Besides her ability as a lawyer, Katrina is a wonderful individual. I found her to be very supportive during this difficult time and willing to deal with the "other" aspects of divorce besides the law; listening patiently and always encouraging. I would highly recommend Atty. Luedtke as a lawyer.

Excellent Family Law Attorney

Katrina has been an excellent asset to my going case. Her understanding of family law in Adams County is incredible. Her advice and reccomendations have been immensely helpful throughout my case which involves out-of-state custodial issues. She is compassionate and understanding, yet firm when the need arises. Both she and her paralegal respond very quickly and concisely to questions and concerns, and they are both dilligent in keeping me informed of court proceedings. Excellent Attorney

Satisfaction during a difficult time.

Katrina was my attorney for a very difficult divorce. She helped me stay focus on the facts of my case. Things we talked about were kept confidential which help me regain the trust I had lost because of this divorce. She took the time to ensure I understood how my decision would affect the out come of the divorce. Her responses to my calls were very timely with helped my stress level. During court she was professional, prepared and represented me in a manner I very much appreciated. Even with starting her own practice during the time of my case she didn't miss a beat. An Attorney Who Cares

I turned to Katrina because of an incompetent attorney who was doing nothing and telling me nothing. Katrina was the complete opposite. She made a world of difference to my case. Katrina gave me more background, information and understanding in my first meeting with her than the previous attorney had given me in over two years. It was a great relief to have Katrina -- she knew what she was doing, she listened to me, and she cared. I highly recommend Katrina Luedtke.

Knowledgeable and dependable, would highly recommend.

There aren't enough words to express the amount of gratitude that I have for Attorney Luedtke. My divorce

Katrina is a very knowledgable lawyer. She handled my divorce very professionally. She kept me on track to get the best settlement that was feasible; even though she had very little information from the other party during most of my divorce hearings. Awesome criminal lawyer

I had criminal charges filed against me and I was referred by one of her clients. She was very prepared for court and knew the law. We went to trial and I was found not guilty and we won the case. Many years later she assisted me on a problem with my landlord. I recommend her to all of my friends and family for any legal problems. She will always be my go-to lawyer for everything.

Divorce lawyer saved my world!

I was going thru a rough divorce and as I am male many lawyers said it was going to be difficult to even keep the house. I even had a few lawyers I met with told me to file bankruptcy. I was recommend by another lawyer in Gettysburg to see attorney Luedtke and she said I cannot guarantee anything but we can try to save you from bankruptcy and keep your home. I was divorced in less than six months I was able to keep my home and received good visitation for my children. Several years later and I am doing better than I could have ever expected. Attorney Luedtke and Wanda are fantastic all thru the many issues in guiding you thur it all and removing all of the stress. Thank you

Helpful Demeanor and Congenial Personality

Katrina is certainly unsurpassed at decimating our lovely forests and generating mountains of paperwork. She will certainly give you plenty of her time and never fail to charge you for a single second. Her appreciation for the finer nuances of your case will never cease to confuse and confound you. If you have money to burn and time to to kill your resources will be well devoted to supporting her attempts at imagining what a serious legal practice might look like.

DO NOT HIRE!

Terrible...they never answer or return any calls. She takes multiple cases at the same time and cannot handle them all, so she won't focus on your case. Hire a firm with multiple lawyers that will care about you and help you win your case.

Horrible.

Small-town attorney who works with opposing counsel to bill you as many possible hours. I almost lost my children due to her advice.
