Excellent advice from a knowledgeable and compassionate attorney
Ms. Rabin's compassion came shining through in her correspondence to me, which I think is a trait that attorney's often lose over time as they become hardened by dealing with the less pleasant aspects of society. Add to that, Ms. Rabin provided me with some very valuable information about my options and rights, and guidance on selecting an attorney in my local area and why this is important. Thank you. Helpful and Honest
I appreciate this service so much. The fact that the lawyers are willing to give of their time and expertise for free opens the door to let me know who I want to hire if I should find myself in need of one. Rochelle recently completed settling the estate of my late mother. I'm glad I chose her to be my attorney in this matter. Her patience, experience, knowledge and professionalism made things go very smoothly. I found Rochelle to be a good listener at all times and communications between the two of us was excellent. I was always able to count on her to return calls and emails in a timely manner. When special circumstances arose, she went the distance to solve any problems we encountered. For instance, when there was a complication with how my mother's house would be passed down to me and my siblings, Rochelle resolved the issue by drafting a unique "beneficiaries agreement" document for us all to sign that honored both the terms of the will and my family's wishes. In the end, she thoroughly addressed all the legalities of settling the estate, and I was skillfully guided through the steps that I needed to take as the executor. I trust Rochelle completely and it was a pleasure working with her.

Ms. Rabin was excellent and it was a pleasure to speak with her. She did advise me and help me to make a decision to use an attorney for a no-fault divorce instead of trying to do it myself. Although it could be a simple case, from speaking with her, if I missed something or incorrectly filled out the paperwork, the process would be long and drawn out. She would most definitely be the attorney that I would hire.

excellent attorney whom represented my divorce
When my divorce case was being prolonged by an attorney I had been dealing with over close to 2.5 years I reluctantly sought out to retain another attorney, My first initial meeting with Ms. Rabin, I felt she was genuine and would preform as an respectable attorney would to the best of her abilities, Ms. Rabin preformed an outstanding job with professionalism in representing my divorce, she went above and beyond to research my previous attorney's documentation as well as collecting any information he may of had as well as keeping me updated and informed. Ms. Rabin accomplished my divorce in less than 6 months and it was the best news ever to receive. I highly recommend Ms. Rabin as an reputable trustworthy attorney.

Timely, trustworthy and terrific!
Ms. Rabin is not only a great pleasure, she's my legal Trojan horse! I hire Rochelle exclusively for contract negotiation and almost feel sorry for the other guys. With her unassuming demeanor, they have NO idea what's about to hit them! One might call her a "wolf in sheep's clothing." I'm glad she's on MY team. I'd highly recommend her to anyone.

Rochelle knows her stuff
Ms. Rabin has helped me with several issues, including negotiating a fair contract with a radio station. She is quite reasonable and knew exactly what I was entitled to and what I might have to fight for. Came out great.

Knowledgable Partner in Closing a Difficult Estate
Ms. Rabin helped us tremendously to close my father's estate and business after his death. It was a difficult case that other lawyers did not want to touch. Ms. Rabin was knowledgeable and looked for amiable solutions despite the challenge. Also, she was in contact with me regularly over a period of 5 years via phone, face - to-face, and email as we were closing the estate. When Ms. Rabin was not available, she let me know the time period of unavailability. We appreciate the Rochelle Rabin's work and recommend her services.

Excellent service!
I utilized Ms. Rabin to update my will. In the process of incorporating the changes that I requested, she asked my permission to restructure the document. The result was a will that was much easier for a lay person to understand and more comprehensive. She worked in a very efficient manner throughout the entire process.

My Lawyer...Rochelle Rabin
Ms. Rabin was incredibly helpful in getting my personal finance affairs in order, including my will and living will, and trusts. She was able to answer all of my questions, and then developed all the legal documents in a timely manner. While I'm hoping that the paperwork will not need to be used in many years, having a will and such is the adult thing to do. Ms. Rabin was really nice since I'd never done this before, and I really did have a lot of questions. She's assured me that as I get older and (hopefully) have more assets, she'll easily be able to update any provisions and provide for any new heirs. In the past, I've used lawyers for personal injury, and I always had the feeling they were in it for the money, and didn't really care about me. Ms. Rabin made me feel like I was important, my needs were important, and it really mattered that I understood all the provisions, especially in the medical power of attorney. I recommend her highly.

No Hesitation
Ms. Rabin did an amazing job for me. She negotiated a dispute I was having with a former business partner, did it in a prompt way, & was very fair. I was & am extremely impressed with her caring, her intelligence, & her professionalism. I think of her as "my lawyer", & will not hesitate to use her services again if needed.
