Prior to opening his own firm in July, 2004, Mr. Kusturiss was a partner in another Law Firm where his practice was limited to litigation. Mr. Kusturiss started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery and Chester Counties. He has been practicing in the areas of personal injury and criminal defense since January, 1980. Mr. Kusturiss has tried to verdict, arbitration level cases up to and including million dollar cases. He has the distinction of obtaining the largest verdict in Susquehanna County, in the amount of $4,500,000.00.
