Going through major financial strain, divorce, job loss, a dear friend with cancer, life was plain frightening. I was facing a charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana and a seperate charge for a DUI for marijuana and he got the DUI dismissed and we got the possesion dropped to a disorderly conduct. The hearing for the DUI was fabulous, Mr. Parlow was very professional in disagreeing with the office...r and shut him down in a very professional manner explaining to the judge basically I was being charged with DUI all based on the officers opinion because I refused to give a blood test the officer had to prove the marijuana made it so i could not operate a vehicle in a safe manner and Mr. Parlow disproved this very efficiently.
