Michael Kevin Parlow

I used Michael Parlow in 2 felony Poss. With intent cases I was charged with in the past 8yrs. The 1st case back in 2012 I was looking at real jail time with 5yr mandatory minimums. Michael got me 6months in county with work release and I couple years probation. The 2nd more recent case I was charged... again with felony poss. With intent to deliver and manufacture. A search warrant back in July of this year recovered 8 live marijuana plants and over 5lbs of flower and concentrates. With my prior recorded being so bad and this being my 3rd felony Poss. W/intent to delivery or manufacture I knew exactly who I needed to call. From the start Michael got my bail reduced from $125k down to 10k in 24hrs and I was out on bail in a matter of days. He then was very detailed in the proceedings of what was gonna happen next and how we should proceed. He was always available to answer and questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Him and his staff are always polite and professional. And with COVID-19 his office was extremely clean and everyone followed the COVID guidelines. Michael advised me we should wave the Preliminary hearing for a deal of time severed with immediate parole. I put in a guilty plea and at sentencing it became very apparent Michael is certainly a 5 star top tier lawyer. The judge looked over the case and with my prior record score of 5 from my previous felony cases and the felony charge of 3 I had a score of 8 and with sentencing guidelines recommended 6-16 months in county jail. The judge then asked the DA why he thought 7days in jail was an appropriate sentence for this case given my prior record. I thought for sure the judge was going to deny the Guilty plea and I would have to take this to a trial. That’s when Michael Parlow did his work. He let the judge see I was a upstanding citizen in my community and I was self medicating with my own marijuana. He let it be known the officers that arrested me did not suspect I was selling it and how cannabis played a big part in my recovery from opioid addiction back in 2012. After hearing Mr. Parlow the judge agreed and accept the guilty plea and handed down a sentence of time served—23 months. I did not have to serve anymore jail time. I spent 7days in jail and I have to pay some fines and I’m on parole for 23 months. No suspended license either like in all my previous cases. I call that win! I highly recommend Michael Parlow if you find yourself in any legal troubles. You will not be disappointed. I used him twice and was 100% satisfied both times.

I highly recommend Mr.Parlow. I hire Mr Parlow in 2 separate cases this year. And a very stressful time in my life, 1rst case I was accused of a hit and run . I was looking at possibly a dui or more . He had it dropped before I even walked into court! 2nd case I was involved in an accident and arrest...ed for a dui and other offenses.
