Michael Kevin Parlow

I hired Michael Parlow after my first lawyer failed to get me ARD. He was recommended by a friend who is involved with the judicial system and switching lawyers ended up saving my case. Parlow was able to uncover evidence which helped my case. In the end, I was granted ARD and was given the shortest ...amount of probation time. My record will be wiped clean thanks to Parlow and his amazing skills.

My husband caught two cases, one in montco and one in bucks for theft (if you don’t know now you do: if you shop lifted from a store or didn’t pay for something and they catch you 6 months later- your in trouble that’s just how they’re doing things these days). So two cases pop up this summer of 2024... back to back, it was so crazy, so scary but Parlow as always had our back. Honest to god I can’t make this story up…only Michael Parlow could make two cases go away at the FIRST hearing in not one case but BOTH cases & in TWO counties!!! Let alone the two most difficult counties. That’s unheard of!!!! Parlow. Thank you so much for easily handling these cases for us and always having our families back. Not all superheroes wear capes, this one wears a suit and tie. It was truly a blessing to have Attorney Michael Parlow represent me in the charges against me. As someone with a prior record and comparatively poor experiences with lawyers in the past, to say he is the best seems like an understatement.... I was worried with 8 charges against me that I would surely be seeing a jail cell; however, Att. Parlow assured me that he would do everything in his power to prevent this from happening. Sure enough, he was able to negotiate a plea deal that not only kept me out of jail, but also allows me to have all charges expunged from my record. This was a better outcome than I could have imagined. Whether you are someone who is fighting their first court case or someone with a history of legal problems, I highly recommend Michael Parlow to stand beside you as he is someone who truly cares about the best interest of his clients. Much of my worries were dissipated thanks to the maintained contact throughout every part of the court proceedings. Where other attorneys wait until their day in court to speak with their clients, Att. Parlow’s office was in constant contact with any and all updates and regularly scheduled meetings with him in person to go over details of the case before every court date. This relieved much of my original stress going into this case and assured me that I was in good hands through the whole experience. I believe his prices to be reasonable given the time and energy he puts into each of his clients and you would truly be lucky to have him representing you. I’m beyond grateful for the outcome of my case and to have had such a positive experience in arguably the most stressful part of my life.

To start this story Mr. Parlow and I went through my two misdemeanors over the course of a two year period. My first Misdemeanor was handled just through the court and they put me into a CAP Program. A couple days before I was about to hand in the volunteer hours and paperwork, I was stopped at a DUI... check point and ticketed again. This is when I hired Mr. Parlow. I had always heard he was a good lawyer from local parents and I do not regret my decision in the slightest. From that day he has provided me with every resource I needed to get the charges expunged. He got me enrolled in a 6 month DCDP Program which allowed for the second case to be expunged. We have been patiently waiting to schedule a court date, due to Covid-19. The entire time I was receiving updates through letters and calls from Mr. Parlow and his amazing office staff. As we waited for the courts to make their decision, Mr. Parlow stuck to every word and kept things very optimistic, as well as answering every question a 19, 20, and 21 year old has about the legal system and his case. He called me with the courts final decision and date. As many people are as well, I am not made of money, Mr. Parlow was willing to work with me and my financial situation, never hurts to ask. Cannot recommend him enough, definitely a master of his craft.
