Speeding ticket
Michael and I met and went over the best strategy for me to get out of my speeding ticket. I received a very large speeding ticket (could have lost my license) and he was able to help me get the points revoked as well as a reduction on the fine I owed. I would definitely recommend Michael!

Commonwealth v Johnathan
Mistrial. Prosecutor withdrew all rape and related offenders

the trial judge as well as the Superior Court agreed with my motion to suppress that the police violated my clients constitutional rights and suppressed the evidence from use at trial and now there is no evidence left against my client.
commonwealth v Acosta
Court suppressed the evidence and found that the police violated clients constitutional rights. The DA appealed and after arguing to both the Superior and Supreme Courts Mr. Acosta's case was completely dismissed and he served not one day in jail.
