Great experience
I got a DUI and Michael was so helpful. He told me exactly what to do; community service, classes, etc. and it made the process very simple. He explained everything so well and due to the circumstances I didn’t want to fight it so I went with the ARD option and he gave me a discount because we didn’t...

Hire Parlow!
Michael handled my case perfectly. From day 1 he was available whenever I needed to talk about the case and explain everything to me. Because of his hard work, I got an unheard of lesser sentence for my second DUI. He was amazing the whole time and so was his office. I know people who paid double wha...

The absolute best in Bucks County hands down
I hired Mr. Parlow to defend me and I thought that I was most certainly going to jail. I was hoping he'd be able to get me a light sentence and he was amazing. He worked with me to keep my past record from condemning me. I ended up with 1yr probation and I couldn't have dreamed that was even possible...

Which was two separate driving under dui suspension in two different counties. Not only did I not have to do the mandatory time. He actually ended up getting me a license. And he...

Mistrial. Prosecutor withdrew all rape and related offenders
the trial judge as well as the Superior Court agreed with my motion to suppress that the police violated my clients constitutional rights and suppressed the evidence from use at trial and now there is no evidence left against my client.
Court suppressed the evidence and found that the police violated clients constitutional rights. The DA appealed and after arguing to both the Superior and Supreme Courts Mr. Acosta's case was completely dismissed and he served not one day in jail.
Court suppressed the evidence(firearms) as the warrant to search the home was illegally obtained.
Prosecutor conceeded the consent to the chemical test in a felony DUI case was illegally obtained after litigation of the motion before the trial judge.
Prosecutor reviewed motion to suppress over TEN POUNDS OF DRUGS and agreed the felony distribution charge should be dismissed and only a traffic ticket would be issued.
