Michael Parlow is the real deal
Got in an issue on NJ PA border in a dui sweep was kinda borderline of states. Officer lied about alot of stuff messed up there was camera evidence I was not not impaired at time of arrest. Officer didn’t follow sequences correctly. Also didn’t follow timeline in issuing tickets and other things. C...

Commonwealth v Johnathan
Mistrial. Prosecutor withdrew all rape and related offenders
commonwealth v smalls
the trial judge as well as the Superior Court agreed with my motion to suppress that the police violated my clients constitutional rights and suppressed the evidence from use at trial and now there is no evidence left against my client.
commonwealth v Acosta
Court suppressed the evidence and found that the police violated clients constitutional rights. The DA appealed and after arguing to both the Superior and Supreme Courts Mr. Acosta's case was completely dismissed and he served not one day in jail.

Court suppressed the evidence(firearms) as the warrant to search the home was illegally obtained.

Prosecutor conceeded the consent to the chemical test in a felony DUI case was illegally obtained after litigation of the motion before the trial judge.
