Driving on dui suspension
Mike saved me from getting mandatory jail time of 60 to 90 days and a year suspension on my license. As soon as I hired him I was able to sleep again at night I can not thank him enough!! Highly recommended.

Law done Right
This past trial from the time contacted to finish it was stand up professionalism again. Hired Parlow for a DUI/DWI case and we were able to get the charge reduced and the drugs completely out of the equation. Things could have been 10x worse. Despite how reckless this whole ordeal was it could...

Mistrial. Prosecutor withdrew all rape and related offenders

the trial judge as well as the Superior Court agreed with my motion to suppress that the police violated my clients constitutional rights and suppressed the evidence from use at trial and now there is no evidence left against my client.
commonwealth v Acosta
Court suppressed the evidence and found that the police violated clients constitutional rights. The DA appealed and after arguing to both the Superior and Supreme Courts Mr. Acosta's case was completely dismissed and he served not one day in jail.
