Having never even gotten a speeding ticket before, I was obviously extremely nervous about my case as I was charged with Fleeing a police officer while DUI, (felony DUI), along with a few misdemeanors and summery offenses as well. I consulted with a different attorney at first before getting Mr. Parl...ows name through a friend and decided to call and set up a consultation with him. After meeting with Mr. Parlow the first time I knew picked the right attorney! He was extremely sharp, confident and on the ball. I retained him right away and called the other attorney back. Your in good hands” At the preliminary hearing, he got the officer to drop most of the charges and I was left with just dui general impairment and careless driving. In the end he fought hard and finally got DA to agree to me pleading guilty to DUI. But with no jail time, no license suspension (yes you read that right) and 6 months probation! I could not be happier with the results as I was originally looking at a way worse situation. Mr. Parlow is a master negotiator and fights hard for his clients. Him and his staff are all extremely professional and on the ball with everything. Mr. Parlow is hands down the best lawyer I’ve come across. He worked fiercely to keep me out of jail and succeeded. I had an accident and, as a result, was arrested. The police officer, who was doing his job felt, because of my instability on my feet, felt I was driving while impaired. When I received my court date, I was panic-stricken. I was being charged with DWI and Careless Driving. The last traffic violatio...n I had was 45 years before. Mr. Parlow was recommended to me by a colleague. I immediately called his office and was offered a next-day appointment. (Michael has late afternoon appointments which is convenient if you work.)
