Physical Therapist

I was pulled over for DUI and qualified for the ARD program. The lawyer I used did not tell me anything about reporting my DUI. He told me to just not worry about it I researched a voluntary recovery program. This is an extensive self reporting program involving weekly drug tests, not being allowed ...to work in private practice and have to have all interviews and changes in employment authorized. I started reading about how harsh the program was and got nervous and thought about a change of career. I found Richard on google the morning before my interview for the program. He convinced me to cancel it and met me that afternoon. He has a very specific method requiring at least 10 steps including arrest records, Getting voluntary drug tests, referrals from coworker and so on. He also got all of my records from my primary physician and psychiatrist . The good news was that my case was completely dismissed and closed by the state PT board. I believe a large reason was because they have heard from Mr. Hawk many times and he is know for winning his cases. He was worthy every penny.

RN DUI

I have been an RN in Texas for 6 years. Unfortunately got a DUI a few years back, but had no reproductions with the Texas BON. 4 years after the DUI, I moved to Philly. Little did I know that the PA BON would put me through hell and back, treat me like a RN who stole narcotics and require me to get a...n evaluation by a psychiatrist THEY hired (seems wrong right?). After much panic and depression, I luckily decided to do some research and came across Richards website. DO NOT agree to or communicate with the PHMP or PNAP unless you have a lawyer by your side! After I hired richard, it was 100% worth it. We got an evaluation from a more reasonable psychiatrist and the board approved that report about 4 weeks later and issued my license (after 8 months of bullshit). Don't get tricked into letting them exploit you and wrong you. Hire a good lawyer to represent you. Richard was great. Very responsive, knowledgeable (especially with the PA BON) and committed to help me get my license.

This awesome client's case is a perfect example of a licensee facing an "application case". She has a license but wanted licensure in Pennsylvania. She received a "conditional denial"; go get a PHMP assessment and maybe we will give you a license. If handled incorrectly, extensive PHMP limitations could have been placed on her license for a significant period of time. Whether in Philadelphia, Erie, Scranton, Harrisburg, or Pittsburgh, I help every person secure their professional license. I am happy to help this and every application case client.

Best lawyer in Pennsylvania!

I have used Richard Hark on two occasions. I had two cases with the nursing board that he handled in a very swift manner and won both cases. When you think there is no way around the nursing board, believe me, he knows the way. Before you give in to unreasonable requests and limitations from the... board, and unfair punishments and sentences, CALL RICHARD!!! I also hired him for a DUI that he handled with the utmost efficiency. I was able to get ARD and no criminal record. He always, always answers your calls, and/or returns them immediately. Fees are extremely reasonable, and he works with you with payments. Among being professional and knowledgeable, he has a big heart. He was the most patient, kind, and understanding when it came to payments, especially with me being single and not having much money to fall back on. He is very aggressive when he needs to be with handling a case. There is no hesitation with getting the work done. He immediately begins working on your case, and get results. I always tell my co-workers and friends, if they ever need a lawyer, he is the one to call! He knows the law! Call Richard Hark! He will get the job done!!!

This Lancaster County based client was a pleasure to represent. Because I live in King of Prussia, Pa, it is really easy for me to meet with my clients and appear in court in many Pennsylvania counties. My office in King of Prussia in easy to reach from routes 422, 276, 76 and 476. Tracy, thank you for letting me be your personal attorney and help you with your cases.

Nurse

As a nurse it is up to you to protect your professional license. In the current work place environment, medical employers are not taking responsibility for their work place mistakes, errors, and circumstances they created.  Rather, DON's and charge nurses routinely point the finger at the nurse. I...n most cases the allegations are not true at all and you need someone on your side defending you, the nurse. If this happens, call Richard Hark. It is in your best interest to hire a lawyer.  Your license is at stake.  Whether you are accused of changing a doctor's order without an order (when there is one), engaging in high pixis overrides due to your ICU position, or accused of being impaired at work are refuse to take a drug test (or take one that comes back negative), every employer is reporting you the hard working nurse to the board of nursing. When you call Rich, he calls you back quickly. He is very knowledgeable in dealing with the board of nursing and is on your side. If you text or call him with questions/concerns he always responds quickly and gives you positive, knowledgeable feedback. His approach and delivery is professional and personal.  He will make you feel like you have known him forever. He is constantly reassuring when you feel most vulnerable. Just know, this was my lawyer that won my case, this is the lawyer to hire.

Richard helped me with my case concerning the board of nursing. His professionalism and experience resulted in my case being dismissed. Rest assured when Richard is on your case. He even took the time to call me the night before an important meeting to calm me down and make sure I was doing okay. To...p notch lawyer!

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I have known Richard Hark for years and he is an outstanding attorney. While he handled criminal defense matters for many years, he has shifted his practice focus to administrative law where he assists professionals (nurses, doctors, lawyers, etc) when they are being disciplined by their respective licensing board. This is usually as a result of contacts with the criminal justice system or drug/alcohol problems. Despite the shift in practice, the outcomes are the same. I have seen him successfully fight the most serious criminal charges and I now refer professional clients to him when their criminal case overlaps with their professional license. He has become extremely skilled in a very sensitive area where clients' livelihoods are on the line. This is no easy task but Richard's combination of legal smarts, common sense, and empathy for his client's plight make him a perfect fit. I strongly endorse Mr. Hark."
