I am so glad that I found Richard Hark: When I received a letter informing me that I was being investigated for a complaint against my nursing license. I was nervous, scared, apprehensive, and also ready to do everything they wanted me to do in the letter. When I recieved a letter from the State Board of Nursing I thought my carreer was over from a DUI. They will try to trick you into pleading guilty over a first offense DUI. I left a message on his voicemail and he literally called me back in 15 minutes from his cell phone and told me to store his phone number and he will be there for you 100%. At that moment that pit nervous feeling I had in my stomach went away. I gave him info on my DUI and faxed him over information he requested. Where do I even start? Mr. Hark saved my license as well as my livelihood. Do NOT assume that the professional licensing boards are your friends because they are not! Mr. Hark is quite familiar with the licensing boards and the only regret that I have is not contacting him sooner!
