They are SCAMMERS and will take you for every dollar you ha...ve and make you feel helpless and have no other choice but to follow their ridiculous monitoring guidelines. I hired Mr. Hark for a difficult case for a first time DUI arrest, I am a registered nurse and also just graduated for my master's degree for nurse practitioner. I was a recent nursing grad with 2 DUIs and a possession of marijuana charge hanging over my head from 7 years ago. I understood when the time came for me to register for NCLEX, the PA Board of Nursing would force me to be evaluated for the PNAP program. Every other attorney that I spoke with told me... that if I wanted to avoid PNAP, I had no choice but to proceed with their evaluation process, then hope to appeal the board’s decision. It could be 6 months before I could even get a court date, and eventually hope to sit for NCLEX.
