I received a bogus DUI while not under the influence just because my car had a smell which put my nursing license was in jeopardy. I was less than a year shy of graduating and becoming a reg...istered nurse when I was notified that I could not attend school. When I thought I’d have to find a new career due to false accusations by a coworker costing me my job, and then almost 2 years later going all the way to the state, I didn’t know what to do at first.
